(Per Press Association.) OisuoiiNE, June 14. Iv the Validation Court it was announced that all parties to the Paremata case had agreed to a settlement on lines suggested by the Judge, viz., That the mortgage to the bank, which expires within three years, shall stand good, aud receivers shall be appointed undor the direct control of the Court to administer the estate for the Natives and pay off the amount of mortgage.
