(FKB FBEBB ASSOCIATION). Oisborne. June 12. In tbe Paremata case, Judge Barton made a suggestion which, if agreed to, will settle the title over a million acres. The counsel for the Globe Assets Company accepted it at once, and if amicable arrangement is come to with the parties the whole of this land will be uuder tbe management of the Court, and matters will be wound up in two or tliree years to the great benefit of all interested.
