Also, that it is the intention of this Council to strike a separate Rate of three farthings in the £ over the whole of the rateable property within the Apiti, Hautapu, Kiuibolton, and Makino Ridings, and one half-penny in the £ in the Oroua, Ongo, and Waituna Ridings.
