Supreme Court Sittings.
(PEB PBE9S ASSOCIATION.! Wellington, June 11. W C. Prior, who was acquitted lust week on a charge of forgery was found guilty to-day of uttering the cheque knowing it to be forged. Sentence was deferred. The Hacketts are now tried for holding an alleged spiritualistic seance. The day was taken up with two witnesses. The case will last some time.
