Thore nre no other charges against Georizo Anderson, ex Maetereon storekeeper, but he is at present serving a sentence of six mor.ihs for an offence under the Bankruptcy Act Dunkdin, June 7. At tbe Supremo Court in the cose of John Henson. charged with forgery, the jury were unub'e to agree, and were discharged Henrj Rorbert Hardinge found guilty of assault, was sentenced to six months' imprisonment. Auckland, June 7. At the criminal sessions of the Supremo Court Mrs Mary Alice Jenkins was he quitted of tbe charge of breaking and entering, but was sentenced to two ypars on tbe charge of receiving goods knowing them to Le dishcnwtlv obtuned.
