« . The Bed Star Football Club will hold a meeting at the Denbigh Hotel on Monday evening at 7.80. A football match will be played at Feilding on Wednesday between the Bed Star and Kaiwhaka (Marton) Football Clob. The Cap football match Feilding v. Marton was played at Feilding this afternoon. A meeting of the Manawatu Rugby Union was held in the Club Hotel, Palmers ton North, last evening, there being present— Messrs Matheson (in the chair), Nash, McMillan, Smith, Kelleher and Elliott. The fixtures for the second round were fixed, and the Secretary was instructed to write to the Wanganui, Bush, and Taranaki Unions as to when matches could be arranged. It was decided that, in case of disputes arising between two clubs as to a referee, the matter be left in the bands of the Match Committee of the Union, whose decision will be final. The Kea Kaha-Feilding match, which is to take place on June 9th, will be played in Palmerston, instead of Feilding as previonsly arranged.
