THE TARIFF BILL. [PRB FBKSB ASSOCIATION. 1 Melbournr, This Daj. Sailed— Tarawera, for the Bluff. Two men have been arrostcd on a chargo of forging Commercial Bank notes. The Tariff Bill, by a narrow majority, was recommended. The retention of the doty on cattle, sheep, and pigs was made, but horse duty was abolished.
