(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.! Auckland. May 21. The general manager of the New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company has received information from his head office that in order to ensure the confidence of clients hereafter in connection with the consignments and agency business, provision will be made in the new articles of association whereby all funds coming into the Company's hands from such busiuess shall be regarded as strictly held in trust for the principals, and be entirely free from any other general obligations of the Company, and this will make clients absolutely secure in all their monetary transactions with the Company and be of the greatest assistance in re-establishing and ex tending the business.
