J. C. MOBEY COMMITTED FOR TRIAL. [Per Press Association.] Welukqton, May 13. In the Bankruptcy Court to-day, the discharge of Andrew Moran, storekeeper, and John Brodie, merchant, was ens* pended for twelve months, the former for failing to keep proper hooka and the latter for ovemspeculation. Palhebston Nobth, This Day. At the Police Court to*day, James C. Morey, a bankrupt, draper, of Feilding, was committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court, Wanganui, on a charge of fraudulent preference and neglecting to keep proper books of ao, count. Bail was allowed in two sureties of £50 each.
