Wauganui, This Day. The case Kean v Woodley, claim £130, stakes won by the racing mare Kai Iwi Lady at the Woodville meeting was concluded at the District Court before a special jury at 11 o'clock last night. Judgment was given for the plaintiff for the full amount and costs. It is expected a further law case will follow.
