(Per Press Association.) Wellington, This Dar The case of the Hon Mr Rigg, M.L.C., v. Mr Evison, late editor of Christchurch Truth, an action for assault, was called on this morning, but neither party appeared, and Mr Skerrett, for Mr Evisou, informed the Bench it had been settled out of Court.
