Sir W. V. Harcourt in Defence of the Colonies.
(Per Press Association.) London, May 11. In the House of Commons Sir W. V Harcourt replied to Mr Goshen's attack upon him for going to the colonies for a precedent in support of graduated taxation. The land of the colonies. Sir W. V. Harcourt urged, was really their capital, and the inhabitants of Great Britain were daily coining more desirous of obtaining similar unfettered laud laws
