The Fox Commission.

EDITOR OF THE POST REFUSES TO ATTEND. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Wellington. May 8. Mr E. T. Gillon, editor of the Post, and Mr E. D. Hoben, Parliamentary reporter on the Post stall, were summoned to give evidence before the Fox Commission, but the former has written to Mr O'Hara Smith, Commissioner, stating that he absolutely refuses to attend, or allow any member of his staff who may bo acquainted with the facts at issue to attend. Mr Smith says he will consider the letter and deal with the offences against the Commission when they are committed.
