Hutt Racecourse, This Day. Rain fell for a couple of hours this morning, but at noon it cleared, though it remains threatening with a high wind. The course is in good order, but the at- ' tendance is seriously affected. Trial Steeplechase, two inilos. Dick, 9st 101 b, won by half a mile, and was the only horse not making a mistake. Dividend, £3 4s. Hurdle Handicap, one mile and three quarters. i Unity, 9st 1 Oaklands, lOst 121 b 2 Zacclio, 9st 91b 3 i Won easily by five lengths. Time, 3nim 26isec."
