The Herald resents tne statement that New Zealand is relieving the surplus labour of Sydney and Melbourne, and asks how many years have passed since the surplus labor of New Zealand was seeking refuge in Australia from the direst distress. Only lately, the Herald Rays, a number of New Zealand miners were applying for free passes to "Wyalong. Hobabt. This Day. The unemployed difficulty here is assuming critical dimensions.
