The Returning Officer, Mr Sherwill, notifies that Messrs F. Y. Lethbridge, H. J. Booth and W. G. Pearce have been re-elected members of the Manchester Road Board. Mr A. Williamson, tailor, has a new advertisement to-day. To-morrow Messrs Abrahams and Williams hold their usual stock sale at Palmerston. Tenders will bo received by the Engineer to the Kiwitea Road Board until noon to-morrow, at Mr Lowes' hotel, Birmingham, for the supply and delivery of about 600 yards of gravel on the Kimbolton road, north of Birmingham. An opening announcement appears today from Mr Geo. Flyger, tailor and habitmaker, who has commenced business in premises in Manchester street. Mr Flyger has had considerable expert ence both iu Wellington and Wanganui, and we have no doubt he will meet with a fair measure of support in Feilding.
