APRIL WEATHER, 1894.
TO THE EDITOR OF THE STAR. Sir, — The total rainfall for the past month was 1*67 inches, and rain fell on ten days during the month, the heaviest -fall being 0 # 47 inches, which was registered on the morning of the 2nd. There were live frosty nights, the coldest being Sunday night, the 16t ■, when the mercury fell to 27 degrees, being the lowest temperature I have ever registered in .New Zealand during the month of April.
