Wellington Woollen Factory.

(Per Press Association.) Wellington, April 28. The Post to-night says, "We under* stand that the directors of the Wellington Woollen Manufacturing Company have decided to postpone consideration of the question of declaring i dividend until the -^ close of the financial year. In the present depressed condition of business generally throughout the colony, the directors deem it prudent not to declare an interim dividend as has been usual hitherto. There t», however, no reason to fear that at the end ot the year a dividend may not be declared as usual."
