CAPTURE OE 950 OF THE RIOTERS. RAILWAY AND STEAMER TRAFFIC PARALYSED. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION/. Washington, April 27. The troops surprised 650 of Coxey'B men asleep at Keogb. No resistance was offered, and the railway authorities will prosecute the men. Eighteen bands of Coxeyes, an army numbering 7000 men, Are mentioned as marching upon Washington. Before the Marshal's men were defeated by Coxey's followers at Dakota, a heavy running fire was kept up between them and the occupants of the train. Three hundred Unionists are marching to Lotuda to compel the miners to join the strike, and troops have been ordered to the scene in the expectation of trouble. Railway and steamer traffic throughout the States is paralysed owing to the scarcity of coal consequent on the miners' strike. Ottawa, April 27. The labor ferment in the States is spreading Co this country. The Knights of Labor theaten to march an army to Ottawa.
