(TEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, Apnl 26. A strict watch is being kept on all foreigners and Englishmen in London and Birmingham who are suspected of Anarchist tendencies. Early on the morning ot March 11th, the police made a raid on the Foreigners' Club on Grafton Btreet, Soho, a raborb of Birmingham. Thirty • eight men were arrested and taken to the police station, where they were carefully examined, with the reßnlt that all but five were discharged from custody. It is reported that the police searched the premises and seized a large quantity of Anarchist literature. The police of Oxford have been in* vestiga ting the mysterious disappearance of the Hon. Mrs Feilding, who had been missing since Monday, March 20th, When last seen Mrs Feilding was stool* ling in the direction of the University Park. She appeared to be much de* pressed at the loss of her husband,, the Rev. Chas. Feilding, ancle of the Earl of DenL igh. The river Cherwell was drag* gedon March 24th, and the body of the unfortunate lady was discovered. There is little doubt that she committed suicide.
