(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.} Wellington, April 23. Mr J. R. Edwards, Past Deputy Grand Master of New South W r ares, arrived here to-day to represent that Colony at the installation of Mr 11. "W. Bell as Grand Master of New Zealand on Wednesday next. The Eltham Lodge, S.C., on tbe West Coast of this island, has unanimously decided to join the Grand Lodge of New Zealand.
