Farandi, comrade of the man Polti, (arrested with a bomb in his possession in Farrington Road) has also been taken into custody, and a quantity of of explosives were found on him. Farandi is alleged to be the financial manager of a gang of Anarchists. The Anarchist's delegates at the I Hague elected Farandi to control operations in England. He was associated with Bowdin, who was killed near Greenwich, and Bwith the Autonomic Club. Polti, the Anarchist, has made a full confession of his connection with the Anarchists, and states that Farandi directed everything, but kept in the background. He declares that the latter granted pensions to wounded Anarchists, and provided counsel for them if they were arrested.
