The Omaha Railway Companies have stopped services, fearing outrages, and tho city is thus isolated, 'I ho militia is called to be in readiness, and citizens are urged to provide wagons to assist tho oxodus from tho town. Washington, April 23t A hundred thousand colliers aro now on strike. Tho labor malcontents demaud that five hundred million dollars shall be expended on relief works.
