General Booth's Settlement.

Mcllwraith, of Queenslaud, paid a visit to the Salvation Army colony at Hadleigh, and he was so pleased with what h$ saw that ho afterwards wrote to General Booth expressing his high opinion of the scheme, and complimenting the army officials upon the administration of the Settlement.
