AN AGREEMENT FOR DISARM A- | MENT. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, April 16 The Vienna correspondent of the Daily News says the Emperors of Germany and Austria, and lung of Italy have agreed to disarm whenever the interests of their respective countries permit of such a course.
