(FSB PRESS ABSOCIAXIOK.) Lokdox, April 10. The House of Commons carried Sir W. V. Harcourt's motion to take away private members' day by a majority of 26 votes. The Times, in an article stated that if this motion were defeated there would be an immediate dissolution. In consequence of Mr Morley re* fusing to give the Evicted Tenants Bill equal precedence with the Electoral Registration Bill the dissentient Radicals yielded to the Government when Harcourt's motion to take away" the private members day came to the vote. The Parnellites abstained from voting on the question. The Unionist's press declares that the reprieve afforded the Government by the success of Harcourt's motion will be very brief.
