A HORRIBLE OUTRAGE. TWO OFFICERS OF THE MINERS' ASSOCIATION ARRESTED. (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION). Nkw Yobk, April 5. The strikers are besieging Fricks and McLure's coke works in Pennsylvania. One of the managers was killed and his body burnt in an oven. April 6. Tbo President and Secretary of the Miners' Association in Pennsylvania have been arrested in connection with the murder of the manager (Paddock), whose body was burnt in an oven. The citizens are arming in every town within the coke region. There are, however, signs of the strikers yielding.
