CHARGE OF FRAUD AGAINST THOMAS RUSSELL. SERIOUS CONDITION OF AFFAIRS RIGID EXAMINATION DEMANDED. (PKR PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) London. March 19. Mr Justice Roland Williams, in delivering judgment in the N.Z.L. & M.A. Company case, said he was decidedly of opinion from the prime facts of the case that fraud had been made out against Thos. Russell, and he was surprised the directors were unwilling to take an opportunity to clear themselves. His Honor also said the report of the liquidators revealed a state of things which demanded a rigid examination. [The above was published in our Town Edition last evening.J
