The Security and Fidelity of the Pub. lie Trustee's administration mu6t be considered of the utmost importance to every person contemplating the appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of tho administration, aud Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds I invested at the option of the Public Trustee. 1 Tho Colony Guarantees also, on the capitol funds arising for investment out of ths properties placed in the Public Trust Office, * common rate ot interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Publle Trust Office. Tho value of this guarantee is in the Guarantee of the Colony against loai from investments in bad or Insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in inyestmeut, aud for the regular and punctnal payment of the interest, free of all charge* of iht Public Trust Office. In tho appointment of Trustees there must always be SeriOUS concern as to the seeurlty of the capital funds ; aud the larger the capital funds tho greater must b« the concern for security, and the less for a high rate of interest. The Public Trustee cannot die, cannot leave the colony, cannot become disqualified, or involved in private difficult!**; and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death aud abaene* reuder necessary numerous and expensive deeds not required by Public Trustee's administration, which has, besides, the offiM solicitor's advice without esponse to tb« estates.
