(PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION) Wellington, March IG. In the Divorce Court to-day before the Chief Justice, tho case of Hartley v. Hartley, tho wife's petition for dis solution of marriage on the grounds of desertion, cruelty, and adultery, was heard. The parties were married near Liverpool (England) in 1886, and only came out to the colony a few months ago. His Honor said it was questionable whether Mrs Hartley had estab lishod a domicile in New Zealand, but as the respondent offered no defence, he granted a decree Diei.
