Mr McKee, one of proprietors of Fair I'lav, hits heen committed for trial for an alleged criminal libel on David (Jain, ex-l'resirU-jit of the Temperance Cuion, by republishing an article from the Licensing Victuallers' Gazette, referring to a pamphlet published by Mr Gain respecting certain incidents in his career, in a similar case against the Fair Play Company, judgment was reserved.
