A scene occurred at to-day's session of the Presbyterian Assembly, and caused great commotion. A long-standing dispute between two rival churches in one of the suburbs came before the Assembly, and a supporter of one section made an insinuation against the minister of the other church. The minister, who considered himself aggrieved, marched up the aisle to the Moderator's chair, ami, crying out, "Jt'.s a lying scandal I* defied the Assembly. KventalJy, however, the trouble was amicably settled, and the matter dropped.
