A MEMORIAL FOR THE GRAND OLD MAN. (I'KK PRESS ASSOCIATION). London, March 8. Mr Gladstone is improving 1 . A movement is on foot to establish a national memorial to Mr Gladstone. It is possible the idea will be carried out by the erection of free public libraries in several centres.
