NOMINATIONS For all races close with the Seoretary on SATURDAY, March 10th, 1894, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS For the first day's ncea will be declared on or about FRIDAY, March 16th. For secoad day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first daj'a races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Secretary on tko night of first day's races at 10 p.m. RULES. I—No1 — No entrj will be received for any races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Stewards present or those whom they may appoint: Their decision npon all points connected wiih the carry, ing out of tbe programme shall bn final. 2 — Nominations and acceptances close with tbe Secretary at Feilding. at 83u p in., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45. 3— All entries mast be sealed and addressed to the Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time of entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider. 4 — Any owner failing to declare his colors at time of entry will be fined 1 soy, unless they are registered. s—All5 — All races to be run under tli. - rules of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand. 6 — The advertised stakes frill be paid in fall without nnj deduction 7 — The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for declaration of weights, nominations, or acceptances as the; may deem fit; B— Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and hunter races excepted) or i* not nominated at < date of entry for any race (hack or hunter races excepted) E.
