The Anarchists.
PRISONS CROWDED WITH PRISONERS. CKISPI'H PROPOSAL TO DEAL WITH ANARCHISTS. (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION). Pabis, March 5. Thirteen Anarchists were arrested yesterday in Paris. The prisons are unable to accommodate any more. Documents found at the domiciles of those arrested show that wealthy families ha\e been in the habit of paying the Anarchists to secure themselves from outrage. Eome, March 5 The Premier, Signor Ciispi, speaking in the Chamber of Deputies, declared that if necessary the Anarchists and Socialists should be crushed ' by the bullets of the soldiery.
