EXTRAORDINARY SPEECH BY SIGNOR CRISPI. A GREAT SENSATION. (PR B PRESS ASSOCIATION 1. Bomf, March 1 Iv the Chamber of Deputies, Siguor Crispi explained that the recent Anarchist conspiracy in Sicily was the outcome of the deliberations of a revolutionary Hociety -which could command the support of 300,000 meu. A rising had been arranged to take place about tho middle of February, aud the conspirators relied on war occurring during the year through the help of Russia, to which nation they intended to cede the principal ports. Siguor Crispi's statement has created a great seusatiou through* out the country. Pabis, March 1. Twenty-six anarchists were arrested in the city to-day. One of them was caught in the act of placing a bomb.
