A COMPLAINT.

TO THE EDITOR OF TIIK STAR Sib, — I noticed in Saturday's Star someone complaining of baring their young ornamental trees cut down. I was served the same at the commencement of the year. I had six nice young wattles well fenced in on my section facing the Kimbolton Road when some evil disposed mean person or persons cut down one tree at a time until four of them were destroyed in the course of about three weekn. I suppose the culprits were boys, 'ut who ever they were they must be poor specimens, and only fit for the Wanganui gaol. I am, etc., G. B. Bradford Feilding, 26th February.
