The Rifle Meeting.

(PEB FBEBS ASSOCIATION.) I Chbistchubch, Feb. 23. The arrangements for the Kitie Association nieecing, which opens on Thursday, arc well forwarded. A number of men arc busily engaged preparing targets and otherwise putting the finishing touches on the range. The entries have not all yet reached Christchurch, but it is known that the list is a pretty extensive one, the local men being on this occasion well represented. Auckland, February 23. The majority of the Auckland representatives at the Rifle Meeting left by the Mahinapua yesterday. The team comprises 21 shootists. Don* din, February 23. Thirty-three entries have been received here for the New Zealand Rifle Association meeting, and one or two more are expected by -post.
