The Security and Fidelity of the Pub. lie Trustoe's administration must be considored of the utmost importance to every person contemplating tbo appointment of a trustee. Tho colony guarantees the fidelity of the administration, and Guarantees also the Integrity of the Capital Funds I invested at the option of tho i'ublio Trustee. 1 Tho Colony Guarantees also, on the capital funds arising for investment out of the properties placed in the Public Trust Office, * common rate of interest, to bo paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. Tho value of this guarantor is in the Guarantee of the Colony against losa from investments in bad or insutUcient securities, and against loss from delay In investment, and for tho regular and punctual payment of tho intorost, free of all charges of tho Public Trust Office. In tho appointment of Trusteos there must always be serious concern as to the security of the capital funds; and the larger tbo capital funds the greater must be the concern for security, and the loss for a high rate of intorost. Tho Public Trustee cannot die, cannot loavo tho colony, cannot become disqualified, or involved in private difficulties; and cannot be distrusted. In private trusteeships, death and absenoa render necessary numerous and expensive deeds not roquired by Public Trusteo's administration, which has, besides, the offlM solicitor's advice without expense to the estates.
