MASS MEETING IN TRAFALGAR SQI'AHK. (I'KU PUESS ASSOCIATION). London, Fobruory 19, Large numbers of London vestrymen and members of the House of Commons attended a mass meeting in Trafalgar Square, when the opposition of the House of Lords to the Pariih Councils Bill and the reforms urgently needed in the franchise was characterised as a degrading stigma on the [ liberty of the masses.
