(P£S PBBSB ASSOCIATION.) Dvsßvmr, February 16. The weather has cleared somewhat, and the prospects for the Championship Athletic Meeting to-morrow are more favourable. Wellington is considered to have the best chance for the Champion. ship banner, but if the Dunedin men can get a place in the shorter events there is a possibility of that district winning, as it is not at all certain that Hempton will start for the 250 yds.
