♦- (FEB PBESS ASSOCIATION.) Paris, February 15. Au official report has been received from the French officers regarding the second Sierra Leone incident. They accuse the British of seeking to force the villagers under French influence to construct roads. The report goes on to say that the French police intervened, when the British trpops attacked them, but wcjru re, pulsed.
