I The Colony Guarantees also, on the capital f^uds arising for investment out of the properties placed in tho Public Trust Office, ft common rato of interest, to be paid quarterly, Free of all charges of the Public Trust Office. The value of this guarantee is in the Cuarantee of the Colony against loss from investments in bad or insufficient securities, and against loss from delay in investment, and for the regular and punctual payment of tho iutorost, free of all charges of «7i» Public Trust Office. In the appointment of Trustees there must always bo serious concern as to th» security of th» capital funds; and tbe larger the capital funds the creator must be the concern for security, and tho less for. a high rate of interest.
