Frozen Meat Trade.

(VEX rUKSS ASSOCIATION/. London, February 11. A company is being formed in Glasgow to erect cool meat storage premises, and merchants will arrange to run special moat ears from London pending the establishment of direct steamers. Mr J. H. Geddes, manager of the Pastoral and Finance Association of New South Wales, is forming a company to ship meat direct from Australia to Manchester aud Liverpool. Mr Bruce, Chief Inspector of Stock of New South Wales, now iv England, states that Manchester is the best centre. The steamers of tho new company will be fitted up especially for the frozen meat trade, aud will call at tho Cape ou tho voyage out. He advises New South Wales to send Home only the best meat, iv order to * successfully compete with the Americau articlo.
