Mr A Southey Bakur on behalf of the bankrupt, opposed the | application, pointing out that the whole | of the creditors should havo an opportunity of being heard, that the property was situated in this district, and that the application was premature, as the Act • provided a special procedure for removing the proceedings at the proper time. His Honor said that nothing would bo done in that direction until after the first meeting of creditors, at which a resolution would have to be passed to that effect. Even then he was doubtful whether he would couseut to the removal, considering that the property was iv this district.
