For second day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Seeretarj on tko night of first d*j'a races at 10 p.m. BULES. I— No entry will be received for any races except on tkis condition: That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Ote wards present or those whom they may appoint : Their decision i upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall be final. 2 — Nominations and acceptances close with the Secretary ul Feilding, at 8.30 p m., unless otherwise specified ; Posi Office Box 45. 3— AU entries must bo sealed and addressed to the Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with nge at time ot entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider, 4 — Any owner failing to declare hU colors at time of entry will be fined 1 SOY, unless they lire re£i.»tered. s—All5 — All races to be run under the rule? of racing as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs of New Zealand. 6 — The adver'ised stakes trill be paid in full without any deduction. 7— The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for dccl.'.ration c*l weights, nominations, or acceptances a:they may deem fit.
