The following London cablegram has been received by the N.Z. Land Association : — Wool — The sales closed this day at the level of last sales, with the following exceptions : — Coarse greasy crossbred and greasy merino lambs, super, are par to |d per lb higher. Scoured merino super, medium and inferior, and medium scoured and washed crossbred, are id per lb lower. Greasy merino lambs, medium and inferior, line greasy, washed, and scoured crossbred have also declined .'.d per lb. Greasy merino, medium and inferior, and medium greasy crossbred are par to Jd per lb lower. Crossbred lambs, market eusier. The total quantity sold during the past sales is 234,000 bales, of which 139,000 bales have been taken for the Continent, and 1000 bales for America. It is estimated that 40,000 bales have beeu held over for future disposal.
