Aii interesting return is being prepared by the Colonial Secretary's Department giving the number of women on the roll in each electorate at the time of the general election, and the number of these who voted. The return is not yet complete, but it shows the following : —City of Wellington, 7280 on roll, 6146 voted ; Wellington Suburbs, 1860 on roll 1622 voted ; Otaki, 964 on roll, 767 voted ; Auckland City, 6660 ou roll, 5283 voted ; Christchurch, 6710 on roll, 5989 voted ; Dunedin, 7644 on roll, 6306 voted. Of electorates in the Wellington province and adjoiuing provinces, the following figures are complete : — Masterton, 1458 on roll, 1212 voted ; Wairarapa, 1503 on on roll, 1313 voted ; Kangitikei, 1548 on roll, 1355 voted ; Wanganui, 16(50 on roll, 1454 voted ; Waipawa, 1482 ou roll, 1299 voted; Patea, 1126, ou roll, 961 voted.— Post.
