For second day's races will be declared op. the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. For second day's races close with the Secretary on tho night of first day's races at 10 p.m. RULES. I—No1 — No entry will be received for any races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the Mewards present or those whom they may appoint: Their decision upon all points connected with thecarrymg out of the programme shall be final. 2 — dominations and acceptances close with the Secretary at Feilding, at 8.30 p m., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45, 3— All entries must be sealed and addressed to the Secreiary (entrance money enclosed) with age at time ol entry, name of owner, pedigree, performances, and colors of rider, 4 — Any owner faiJiug to declare bio colors at time of entry will be fined 1 soy, unless they are regis-tered. s— All races to be run under the rules of racing as adopted by the MeropolitaD Clubs of New Zealand. 6 — The advertised stakes will be paid in fnll without any deduction. 7 — The Committee reserve ibe right to alter the date or time for dech.ration of weights, nominations, or netvj'ianees as they may deem fit: B— Hack means a horse that hns never won an advertised race (back and hunter races excepted) or is not nominated n< dute of entry for nny raeo (hack or hunter races excepted).
