NOMINATIONS For all races close with the Secretary on SATURDAY, March 10th, 1894, at 8.30 p.m. WEIGHTS For the first day's races will be declared on or about FRIDAY, March 16th. For second day's races will be declared on the night of the first day's races at about 8 p.m. ACCEPTANCES For first day's races close on TUESDAY, March 20th. I—No1 — No entry will be received for any races except on this condition : That all disputes, claims, and objections arising out of the racing shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present or those whom they may appoint; Their decision upon all points connected with the carrying out of the programme shall bo final. 2 — .Nominations and acceptances close with the Secretary at Feilding, at 83l> p m., unless otherwise specified ; Post Office Box 45, 3 — All entries must be sealed and addressed to ihe Secretary (entrance money enclosed) with age at lime ot entry, namp of owner, j>>digrce, performances, and colors of rider, 4 — Any owner failing to declare In.colors at time of fairy will be lined 1 SOY, unless they are re»i>tered. s—All5 — All races to bo run under the rule.s of racing as adopted by the Me ropolitau Clubs of New Zealand. 6 — The ad veri ised stakes will be paid in full without any deduction. 7 — The Committee reserve I he right to alter the date or time for decoration of weights, nominations, or acceptances a* they may deem fit; B— Hack means a horse that has never won an advertised race (hack and Immer races excepted) or i.s not nominated m dntf» r>f entry fr>- nny race (Inick or hunter races excepted).
